Coffee and CBD Together Adds More Health Benefits

Coffee and CBD Together Adds More Health Benefits

Researchers believe that the combination of coffee with CBD may carry a lot of health benefits especially if your drink it in moderate consumption. There have been people who reported that coffee with Cannabidiol or CBD in it gives them more energy and experiences less jittery than coffee alone. Though more research on how favorable CBD is with coffee is needed, but so far everything looks very promising.

CBD stands for Cannabidiol. CBD is naturally occurring compound found in the cannabis sativa plant. CBD is part of the 100 identified cannabinoids (chemical compound) in the cannabis plant. It's known for its therapeutic benefits. CBD is non-psychoactive which means CBD will not cause intoxication or makes you feel "high" like THC or Tetrahydrocannabinol which is another well known cannabinoid that has psychoactive properties. Though THC may cause you to feel high, it has a lot of health benefits for your body and mind too.

CBD has been legal in the U.S. since 2018 and any CBD product with less than 0.3% of THC level is considered federally legal in most states. While in Thailand CBD products with less than 0.2% THC are legal.

Researchers have pointed out that CBD interacts with the Endocannabinoid System (ECS) in our body. Endocannabinoid system is responsible for regulating mood, pain sensation, appetite, sleep and the functions of the immune system.

What can you get from adding CBD to your cup of coffee? Plenty and here's why:

It is said that 80% of Americans drink coffee regularly and caffeine can raise your anxiety level, but if you add a few drops of CBD to your coffee then it could help you get rid of the anxiety problem. CBD has the ability to reduce stress and anxiety by interacting with the cannabinoid receptors and serotonin in your brain to help make your brain more relaxed and focussed. You can enjoy your coffee and buzz without any fidgety anxiety.

Did you also know that the aroma from coffee itself has anti-anxiety? So imagine that plus the effects from CBD would be magical to help you keep calm and regulate your mood.

Your favorite cup of coffee has natural antioxidants, but CBD does too even though CBD may not include direct antioxidant properties, but studies have shown that CBD can help trigger your body to produce antioxidants.

Antioxidants are substances in your body that helps protect your cells from free radicals which are molecules that could create various health issues. Because CBD interacts with the endocannabinoid system that is responsible for regulating several physiological processes including inflammation and oxidative stress.

CBD can be ingested in many ways. One of the most common way is to drop CBD oil orally or under your tongue. There are a lot of blood vessels that are situated under your tongue and it could help to absorb CBD through your blood vessels and let your body process it effectively and most efficiently. A good example of CBD oil is Mellow CBD Oil made from CBD isolate which contains only CBD and no THC or other components from the cannabis plant. We also have Mellow Full Spectrum CBD Oil which includes 1,800mg of CBD and contains THC, CBDa, CBG, CBN, CBC,THCa and all the terpenes and fatty acids. All available at www.melloworganic.com

You can also ingest CBD with vaping CBD oil, smoking CBD flowers buds, edibles and gummies or CBD tea with any of the choices along with your coffee at the same time.

Try adding CBD oil in your coffee. Start with low dosage like 0.25ml or 0.5ml for the first few times then you can always increase to the amount that suits you.

If you just want CBD without any other cannabinoids then choose CBD oil made from CBD Isolate, but if you want to experience the entourage effect it is the theory that all the full spectrum of cannabinoids work together to produce the best result then it's best to choose CBD oil made from Full Spectrum.

Some people may worry that the THC from full spectrum CBD oil could make you feel high, but the THC in the CBD oil is not high enough to intoxicate you. Most CBD products would include anywhere from 0.1-0.3% THC.

Another tip is to try adding the Orange flavor Mellow CBD Oil to to spice your coffee up with some orangey flavor to. It could create a better coffee experience for you.

Another great thing about adding CBD with coffee is that even if you had too much coffee for the day you won't need to worry about all the caffeine keeping you up or the feeling of fidgetiness one can get from too much coffee, because CBD is known for its calming effect and it can make you feel sleepy so with this CBD can cancel out some of the negative effect from coffee and give you a mellow and equalize experience. You can enjoy the best of both worlds in just one cup.

Here are some tips for you to follow in order to choose the best and safest CBD product:

  1. Lab test result from independent third-party lab

  2. Certificate of Analysis to make sure that product is safe

  3. Instructions on how to use the products.

  4. Study the ingredients and make sure that it will suit your needs.

  5. Make sure the product is free from any harmful chemicals, pesticides or heavy metals
